Description
Arctic Energy Balance System L18 EN
Arctic Energy Balance System L18 EN is an energy generation and management system designed for medium-sized detached houses and small commercial properties in Nordic conditions.
The system minimizes the use of expensive purchased electricity and eliminates peak power charges by combining a large battery, intelligent automation, and correctly sized solar capacity.
Recommended annual consumption: approximately 15,000–20,000 kWh (Northern Europe).
With a adjustable, modest 5 kW grid connection, the system can temporarily support simultaneous loads exceeding 15 kW by utilizing the power reserve of the battery and inverter.
It provides stability, savings, and predictability throughout the year — not only on sunny days.
Technical Specifications
-
Inverter power: 18 kW (three-phase)
-
Solar panels: 5 kWp
-
Battery storage: 45 kWh usable capacity
Key Features
-
Three-phase inverter
Distributes load evenly across phases and ensures stable, reliable operation. -
Large battery system:
-
enables the use of solar energy also during nighttime
-
can eliminate peak power charges entirely
-
ensures uninterrupted power supply during grid outages
-
-
Intelligent energy management
Predicts consumption and utilizes the lowest electricity market prices.
The system charges the battery during low-cost periods, prioritizes solar energy whenever available, and limits grid power draw to avoid peak power charges.
The system is designed primarily to optimize self-consumption and power management, not for exporting solar electricity to the grid.
